The WIJ Groningen Foundation advises and supports people in the municipality of Groningen to get and keep a grip on their own lives. They encourage residents to use their talents and possibilities and strengthen social cohesion in the neighbourhoods. They also provide indications for the Social Support Act(Wmo) and the Youth Act.

Our contribution
A consultant has composed an advice for the optimization of ICT resources. Various processes have also been analyzed within WIJ Groningen. The costs have been made transparent and advice has been issued based on this cost report. This ultimately resulted in a significant number of savings.
